Reverend Nash was devoted to his work for God and very lovingly worked as EFFORTS' list Pastor since May 1998.  We cherish the time he was with us as he touched the lives of each person who read his weekly devotional guide.  Even though he was very ill with emphysema, he found the time to help those who needed spiritual guidance.

We are thankful to his loving wife, Veronica, who shared Stewart's time with us and who helped him work on his sermons when he was too ill to do it himself.  We pray that she is given peace and joy in knowing that Stewart is no longer in pain and has joined the other EFFORTS angels in Heaven.

Reverend Nash will always be in our hearts.

How fitting that the following is the last devotion he wrote for EFFORTS!

II Corinthians 12:8-9. Concerning this thing, I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. And He said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.
